Order Type: Delivery.2.The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of A Spectrophotometer For Measuring The Color Of Products In The Form Of Powders Along With The Necessary Accessories For The Department Of Fruit, Vegetable And Plant Nutraceuticals Technology, Faculty Of Biotechnology And Food Sciences, Wrocław University Of Environmental And Life Sciences, Hereinafter Also Referred To As The Equipment.3.This Purchase Is Carried Out For The Needs Of The Project Entitled: Sweetreclaim: Functional Snacks From Revalorised Food Side Streams - A Swiss-Polish Initiative For Sustainable Functional Sweets (Sweetreclaim), Implemented As Part Of The Competition/Programme: Sppw Call 2025, Swiss-Polish Cooperation Program, Based On The Project Co-Financing Agreement - Agreement Number: Sppw/Sweetreclaim/0094/2025-00, Task No.: Wp: 2.4.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Can Be Found In The Document Entitled: Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical Parameters (Hereinafter Referred To As Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1.1 To Swz.5.The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Obligations Regarding The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In The Document Entitled: Designed Provisions Of The Contract (Hereinafter: Ppu), Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.6. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Delivery Of Complete Equipment With All Required Modules And Equipment; 2) Transport, Including Internal Transport, Bringing And Setting Up The Equipment At The Place Of Delivery; 3) Installation Of The Equipment In The Room Indicated By The Ordering Party; 4) Commissioning Of The Equipment And Its Configuration; 5) Carrying Out The Required Measurements Confirming The Proper Operation Of The Equipment And Compliance With Requirements Of The Swz And Parameters Offered By The Contractor; 6) Providing Complete Documentation; 7) Conducting On-Site On-Site Training In Polish For At Least 2 People, Lasting A Maximum Of 2 Hours In Accordance With The Opz; 8) Providing Warranty And Warranty Service On The Terms Specified In The Agreement.7 Modules, Elements, Subassemblies, Parts And Materials (In Particular Cables, Connections And Fastening Elements) Necessary For Its Installation, Commissioning And Proper Use And Constitute One Coherent And Fully Compatible System, And Will Also Be Ready For Use After Its Installation Without The Need For The Ordering Party To Make Additional Purchases.8 The Contractor Is Obliged To Clearly Indicate The Offered Equipment In Annex No. 1.1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Technical Parameters, Providing Its Name, Manufacturer, Model, Type Or Possibly Other Features That Will Allow The Ordering Party To Undoubtedly Identify The Offered Device (Also Applies To Offering Equivalent Solutions), As Well As Complete The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions - The Contractor Is Obliged To Enter Specific Parameters Of The Offered Devi
