Quotation are invited for Servicing of Heat Plate Exchangers for GT Lube Oil Coolers for Phase-II, Al Aweer H-Station. SCOPE OF WORK:SERVICING OF HEAT PLATE EXCHANGE (MAKE-TRANTER INDIA PVT. LTD., MODEL-GCP-054 #M-4-NR-184 & GC-54P*140, TOTAL PLATE -1 84 NOS).1. COLLECTION & TRANSPORT TO VENDOR WORKSHOP (TOTAL- 03 TRIP AS ONE TIMEONLY 1 PC WILL BE GIVEN).2. REMOVING TIGHTENING BOLT S, PUSHING THE PRESSURE PLATE BACK. REMOVETHE PLATES AND STACK ON PALLETS.3. CLEANING THE HT PLATES (184 PLATES PER HE) WITH HIGH PR ESSURE WATERJET AT WORKSHOP.4. REMOVAL OF OLD GASKETS FROM THE PLATES AND CLEANING OFF ANY EXTRARESIDUAL GLUE.5. CHEMICAL CLEANING O F ALL THE HT PLATES.6. LPI TEST OF 10% PLATES.7. SUPPLY OF NEW GASKET FROM OEM AND RE-GASKETING OF THE PLATES USINGNEW GASKETS.8. HA NGING OF THE GLUED PLATES INTO THE PHE FRAME AS PER THE SEQUENCE.9. REPLACEMENT OF O-RING FOR PHE COLLAR.9. TIGHTENING OF PHE.10. HY DRO TESTING THE PHE.11. TRANSPORT TO DEWA POWER STATION ((TOTAL- 03 TRIP AS ONE TIME ONLY 1PC WILL BE GIVEN).
