These Units Are Past Their Useful Life, And This Style Control Valve Is No Longer Available. Existing Hydronic Branch Piping Serving Fan Coil Units Are Located Within Existing Cmu Walls. Existing Walls Shall Be Removed, And Piping Shall Be Demolished. If The Existing Cmu Wall Is Load Bearing, Piping Shall Be Capped And Abandoned In Place. • Based On The Age Of The Infrastructure, Materials That Could Contain Asbestos Should Be Tested. • New Work Consists Of Replacing The Changeover System With A Heating Only System With Baseboard Radiation At Each Window. A New Pump Will Be Provided In The Penthouse And Two 2” Piping Mains Will Be Routed To Level One, Where It Will Serve Both Level One From Above And Level Two From Below. The Existing Condensate Main Will Be Removed. Zoning Will Be Provided To Match The Existing Vav Zoning That Currently Serves The Rooms.
