A complete set of Bidding Documents may be purchased by interested bidders from the Supply Division upon submission of a written application with business registration letters copy at or before 3.00 p.m. on 18/09/2026 and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 3,500/= for each document (The payment method will be by cash). Bids shall be valid for 77 days (until 12/11/2026) from the date of bid opening. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security of Sri Lankan Rupees Hundred Thousand. (LKR.100,000.00), unconditional bank guarantee from a reputed commercial bank operating in Sri Lanka on the format attached to the bidding documents and should be valid for 30 days (until 11/12/2026) beyond the original validity period of bids.
