This Tender Is For The Provision Of Young People’S Wellbeing Service For Manchester Residents. The Service Will Provide Person-Centred Health And Wellbeing Support For Young People; Accessible Health And Wellbeing Information And Resources For Young People, Families And Practitioners; Peer Support Opportunities; Workforce Training And Development; And Skills, Participation And Employment Development Opportunities For Young People With Lived Experience. The Service Will Promote Positive Physical And Mental Health And Wellbeing, Address The Wider Social Determinants Of Health, And Reduce Health Inequalities Through Prevention And Early Intervention Approaches. The Contract Will Be Awarded For An Initial Term Of 36 Months, With The Possibility Of Extension For A Further 24 Months Subject To Mcc Terms And Conditions, Satisfactory Performance And Availability Of Funding.
