The Directorate Of Correctional Services Has Made A Change To The Existing Contract Dl202416157 For Consultancy Assistance, Cf. Foa § 28-1 (1) Letter D. The Project Is Delayed Due To A Lack Of Deliveries From A Third Party. The Delay Is Beyond The Clients Control And Could Not Have Been Foreseen When The Contract Was Entered Into. The Remaining Delivery Assumes Continuation Until 31/12/2027. The Content, Scope And Agreed Hourly Price Of The Service Are Unchanged. A Change Of Supplier In The Remaining Phase Would Entail Significant Difficulties And Substantial Additional Costs For The Client. The Price Increase Does Not Exceed 50 Percent Of The Original Contract Value. It Follows From Foa § 28-1 (3) That The Employer Must Announce Changes As Mentioned In The First Paragraph Letter D. This Is The Background For The Change Announcement.
