The Ministry Is Seeking Proposals From Qualified Firms With Expertise In Acoustic Telemetry To Conduct A Comprehensive Analysis Of A 10-Year Dataset (2013–2023) On White Sturgeon (Acipenser Transmontanus) Movement And Habitat Use In The Lower Fraser River Watershed.The Dataset Includes Detections From 177 Acoustically Tagged Individuals Across ≫40 Fixed And Mobile Receiver Stations.The Primary Objective Of This Project Is To Evaluate Sturgeon Movement Patterns And Habitat Utilization Across Key Habitat Types Such As Spawning Areas, Overwintering Locations, Lakes, And The Fraser River Estuary. The Analysis Will Describe Spatial And Temporal Patterns Of Habitat Use, Site Fidelity, And Periodicity.Further Details Regarding Project Scope, Deliverables, And Proposal Requirements Can Be Found Within Section 3 Of This Rfp.
