The Subject Of The Procurement Contract Is The Purchase Of Audio And Video Equipment For The Auditorium Of The Möldre School Building (Location Address Veskirahva Pst 21, Alliku Küla, Saue Parish, Harju County) Together With The Right To Use The Necessary Software (License), Delivery, Installation And Setup, And User Training. The Purpose Of The Contract Is To Create A Functional Audio, Video And Presentation Technical System That Takes Into Account The Special Features Of The Mölde School Auditorium. Delivery Will Start As Soon As Possible After The Contract Is Signed, And The Delivery Deadline Is 11.01.2027 At The Latest. The Duration Of The Contract (Beginning And End Time) Given In The Tender Notice Is An Expected Period, Which Includes Not Only The Delivery Date But Also The Invoice Payment Deadline, But The Contract Is Actually Valid Until All The Main Contractual Obligations Are Fulfilled By The Parties.
