Tenders Are Invited For Travel Management Services

The Subject Of The Procurement Is The Provision Of Travel Management Services According To The Needs Of The Purchaser Outside The Republic Of Estonia And, If Necessary, In The Republic Of Estonia. The Service Is Used, Among Other Things, For The Organization Of Missions And Business Trips Of The Suppliers Employees, Guests, Cooperation Partners, Employees Of Supported Enterprises And Other Travelers Designated By The Supplier. The Purpose Of The Tender Is To Conclude Two Framework Contracts, Which Will Ensure, On The One Hand, The Actual Organization Of Ontario Travel, Quickly And Competitively Evaluated, And On The Other Hand, Legal, Economic, Flexible And Controllable Pricing Travel Arrangements Within 48 Months. The Expected Total Cost Of The Framework Contracts Concluded As A Result Of The Public Procurement Is 110,000 Euros Without Vat And The Maximum Possible Total Cost Is 150,000 Euros Without Vat. The Supplier Does Not Undertake To Order Services Within The Expected Cost Or Other Minimum Volume.
