Gradia, Jyväskyläs Education Municipality Association, Is Requesting Bids For Internal Audit Services In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices For The Years 2027-2030. The Contract Period Begins On January 1, 2027. The Procured Service Includes Inspection And Evaluation Services According To The Annual Plan, Consulting Services And Other Special Inspections As Needed. Future Inspection Targets Are Not Fixed In Advance In The Contract, But They And Their Schedule Are Agreed Upon With The Supplier Selected In The Annual Plan. A Non-Binding Estimate Of The Hours To Be Purchased For An Annual Inspection Is Approx. 100 – 200 Hours. Bidders Must Name In Their Bid The Principal Responsible Inspector And An Assistant Inspector. The Services Required By The Customer Are At Least The Following Services:- Evaluation And Inspection Of The Customers Internal Control Environment And Controls - Inspections Of Processes, Functions And Operations - Inspections Of Projects And Projects Skills Required Of Bidders And The Service Requirements Are Described In More Detail In The Sections Suitability Requirements And Procurement Object Criteria Of The Tender Request Form. The Report On The Inspectors Experience Is Downloaded Using A Fillable Form (Appendix 2).
