Pirkanmaas Welfare Area Has Received A State Grant From The Ministry Of Social Affairs And Health For The Development Of Continuity Of Care Models. As Part Of This, The Practitioner Model For General Practitioners Is Being Piloted. The Goal Is For Four Experienced Practicing General Practitioners To Start Their Reception Activities In Tampere In February-March 2027.
