Through The Procurement, The Planned Development, Implementation And Maintenance Of Presentation Technology Is Enabled So That The Solutions Support The Purpose Of Use Of The Facilities, The User Experience And The Smoothness Of The Operation. The Procurement Is Initially Planned To Be Divided Into Three Areas: 1. Equipment And Installations,2. Expert Services And3. Support And Maintenance Services. The Purpose Of The Division Is To Ensure That Different Areas Of Expertise And Service Needs Can Be Acquired Flexibly And Appropriately, Either As Separate Entities Or As Complementary Services. The Procurement Unit Will Primarily Organize Supplier-Specific Market Dialogues Remotely In The Fall Of 2026, If They Are Deemed Necessary. Supplier-Specific Invitations To Market Dialogue Are Delivered After The Deadline For The Information Request. The Procurement Unit Will Submit Any Preliminary Tender Documents For Comment Later. The Information Collected Through The Request For Information And Market Dialogue Will Remain Confidential And Will Only Be Used For Procurement Planning. Additional Information The Procurement Unit Is Not Bound By The Information Provided In This Notice Or Its Appendices, But As The Preparation Progresses, The Object And Requirements Of The Procurement May Change. The Answers Given In The Request For Information Are Not Binding On The Supplier. Answering The Request For Information Is Not A Prerequisite For Participating In A Subsequent Tender.
