There Is A Requirement That The Services And Equipment Offered Must Be Adapted To Municipal Tasks. The Assignments Can Vary In Scope - From Smaller Assignments That Are Carried Out By A Machine Operator With Associated Vehicles, To Larger Projects That Require Several Work Teams And Extensive Machinery. In The Main, The Suppliers Must Supplement And Possibly Assist The Municipal Work Teams When Their Own Capacity Is Not Sufficient. It Is Therefore Important That The Services/Material Offered Are Adapted To The Municipal Tasks Both In Terms Of Competence, Material And The Ability To Stand Up When The Need Is Present.
