In Order To Meet The Municipalitys Needs Related To Plumbing Services, Nordreisa Municipality Intends To Enter Into A Framework Agreement With One Supplier For The Delivery Of Such Services (Which The Municipality Cannot Perform Itself Due To A Lack Of Capacity In Its Own Businesses And/Or Lack Of Expertise) And Associated Materials Within The Subject.
