The Subject Of The Order Aims To Provide Cloud Resources In Microsoft Azure On A Subscription Basis, With A Reservation Period Of The Main Computing Resource - 3 Years, For The Installation And Operation Of The Moodle Platform For Electronic And Distance Learning.Scope Of Service: Provision Of One Virtual Machine For Moodle Running On Linux; Provision Of Managed Operating System And Data Disks; Provision Of Public Network Connectivity And Static Public Ip Address/Resource As Per Calculation; Provision Of Azure Vm Backup Service With Lrs Redundancy; Providing An Opportunity For Centralized Management, Monitoring, Administration And Optimization Of Resources; Providing Support Through An Electronic Request And Response Platform/Portal;Minimum Technical Requirements For The Virtual Machine: Resource Type - Virtual Machine In Microsoft Azure; Vm Size - Standard_E20as_V5 Or Equivalent/Better; Vcpu - Minimum 20 Vcpu; Ram - Minimum 160 Gb Ram; Operating System - Linux; Reserved Capacity - 3 Years Reserved Capacity For The Vm Resource; Local Temp Disk - Not Required; Premium Storage Support - Yes; Purpose - Moodle Platform, Database And Applicable Components In One Vm.Storage And Backup Requirements: Os Managed Disk-1 Managed Disk P4, 64 Gb-Lrs; Data Managed Disk-1 Managed Disk Premium Ssd P40-Lrs; Backup-Azure Backup For 1 Vm Instance Up To 2 Tv-Lrs; Backup Tier-Standard Tier, Without Archive Tier-Lrs.​​​​​​​Network Connectivity Requirements: Public Ip-Static Public Ip Address; Public Ip Prefix-Public Ip Prefix Resource, If Applicable According To The Calculation; Internet Egress-Minimum 500 Gb Monthly Outgoing Internet Traffic;Management, Security And Support Requirements: The Solution Must Have An Interface For Centralized Management And Policy Definition In Microsoft Azure; It Is Possible To Monitor, Manage And Optimize The Used Resources; To Enable The Use Of Multi-Factor Authentication For Administrative Access; For The Contractor To Provide Access To An Electronic Platform/Portal For Registering And Tracking Support Requests; Participant Has The Right To Provide Microsoft Azure Services As A Csp Partner Or An Equivalent Provisioning Model Compatible With The Microsoft Customer Agreement.Requirement For An Implemented And Functioning Help-Desk System -​​​​​​​The Participant Must Have A Built And Functioning Help-Desk System, Providing 24-Hour Support Of The Communication System With Access, Through A Single Number Of The Type 0700 Xxxxxx Or 0800 Xxxxxx With National Coverage And A Web-Based Interface. The Participant Must Describe In Detail The Service Procedure Provided By The Help-Desk System And Provide A Link To The System Where Its Functionalities Can Be Checked. The Participant Must Certify That It Has Successfully Implemented Projects Using The Help Desk System With A 7X24 Monitoring Center.Term Of The Contract - The Contract Comes Into Force As Of 15.10.2026. And Is Valid For 3 (Three) Years, Counted From The Activation Of The Assigned Services.Term For Activation Of The Service - Up To Two Days From The Entry Into Force Of The Contract.The Contracting Authority Shall Pay The Contractor The Contract Price, After Activation Of The Service, Presentation Of A Bilaterally Signed Protocol And An Original Invoice, Within 30 /Thirty/ Days.​​​​​​​​​​
