The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Concrete And Concrete Products For The Needs Of The Op Utilities, As Follows:Separate Item No. 1: Supply Of Various Grades Of Concrete For Construction And Infrastructure Projects. Separate Item No. 2: Supply Of Concrete Products, Including Curbs, Slabs, Paving Elements And Other Concrete Products.Separate Item No. 3: Supply Of Colored Concrete Productsthe Delivery Under Separate Item No. 3 Will Be Assigned In The Order Of Its Respective Individual Value On The Basis Of Art. 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop. The Estimated Value Of Separate Item No. 3 Is Eur 25,000 Excluding Vat, And Its Total Value Does Not Exceed 20 Percent Of The Total Estimated Value Of The Order. In Connection With The Above, The Contracting Authority Will Conclude A Contract Under Separate Position No. 3 On The Basis Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Civil Code.Important: Participants Should Not Submit Bids For Special Position No. 3.The Relevant Types And Quantity Of Materials, Subject To Individual Deliveries, Will Be Determined By The Contracting Authority, According To Its Specific Needs And Financial Capabilities. The Types Specified In The Technical Specification Are Indicative, Therefore They Do Not Bind And Do Not Oblige The Employer To Declare Them In Their Full Form.
