The Subject Of The Order Includes Delivery, Assembly, Installation And Warranty Support Of Equipment For An Electronics And Automation Laboratory.The Technology And Software Offered By The Participant Must Fully Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, Laid Down In Appendix 1 Technical Specification. Variants Of The Offer Are Not Allowed. 1. The Equipment Offered Must Be New, Original, Unused.2. The Proposed Equipment Must Be In Accordance With The Standards In The Republic Of Bulgaria Regarding Technical Operation, Fire Safety, Safety Standards, Connection To The Electrical Network.3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order, As Well As Testing (Adaptation, Adjustment) Of The Equipment, If These Activities Are Applicable.4. The Offered Equipment Must Be Complete With All Accompanying Documents Necessary For Its Use: Operating Instructions, Warranty Cards And/Or Technical Information And Other Relevant Documents.5. The Acceptance Of The Performed Activities, The Subject Of The Order, Will Be Carried Out Jointly By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor With The Signing Of The Acceptance And Handover Protocol Without Remarks.6. Minimum Warranty Period: 24 (Twenty-Four) Months, Which Begins To Run From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance-Handover Protocol For Acceptance Of The Performance.
