Tenders Are Invited For Printing Of Forms On Indexed And Newsprint Paper And Their Delivery To The Addresses Of The Nra Central Office And The Territorial Structures Of The Nra In 28 Regional Cities In The Country.

The Subject Of This Public Procurement Includes The Printing And Delivery Of 875,600 Forms Of Indexed And Newsprint Paper, Described By Types And Quantities, Number Of Pages And Place Of Delivery, Specified In Appendices No. 1.1. And #1.2. To The Technical Specification With Technical Characteristics, According To Item 1 - Item 2 Of The Technical Specification In The Participation Documentation. Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority Provide The Contractor With The Samples Of The Forms For Printing On Paper And Magnetic Media, Which Is Certified By A Protocol. Within 3 (Three) Working Days From The Delivery Of The Samples By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Performs Pre-Printing Preparation And Presents Them With Ten Printed Copies Of Each Sample Form For Control And Establishing Compliance With The Provided Samples. After Confirmation By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority, The Contractor Also Hands Him A Magnetic Medium With The Samples For Printing. The Deadline For Printing And Delivery Of The Printed Forms To The Addresses Specified By The Contracting Authority Is Up To 25 /Twenty-Five/ Calendar Days From The Approval Of The Samples By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority. In The Event That The Contracting Authority Provides The Samples Of The Forms In Stages, The Deadline For The Printing And Delivery Of The Relevant Forms Begins After The Approval By The Persons Designated By The Contracting Authority. The Transfer/Acceptance And Approval Of The Relevant Samples Is Certified By Protocols. Place Of Execution: The Printing Services Will Be Performed At The Location Of The Contractors Printing House, And The Delivery Of The Printed Documents - To The Addresses Of The Nra Central Office And The Territorial Structures Of The Nra In 28 Regional Cities In The Country, According To Appendix No. 1.2 To The Technical Specification In The Participation Documentation. The Contract Enters Into Force From The Date Of Its Conclusion And Is Valid Until The Parties Obligations Are Fully Fulfilled, But No Later Than 6 (Six) Months After Its Entry Into Force Or Until Its Maximum Permissible Value Is Reached Within This Period.​​​​​​​
