The Specified Quantities Are Estimated And The Contracting Authority Is Not Bound By Their Full Utilization, And If Necessary, May Also Request Others By Type And Quantity, Beyond Those Specified In The Technical Specification, Within The Total Estimated Value Of The Concluded Contract, At The Percentage Of Commercial Discount Specified By The Contractor In His Technical Proposal. The Scope, Volume And Requirements For The Execution Of The Public Procurement Are Detailed And Regulated In The Technical Specification, An Integral Part Of This Documentation.According To Art. 12, Para. 1, Item 1 Of The Law On Public Procurement And In Connection With Decision Of The Council Of Ministers No. 891/18.07.2016 And Art. 80, Paragraph 1 Of The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Law On Public Procurement, The Contracting Authority Reserves The Public Contract For The Awarding Of Specialized Enterprises Or Cooperatives To People With Disabilities Or To Business Entities Whose Main Purpose Is The Social And Professional Integration Of People With Disabilities Or People In A Disadvantaged Position.
