The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Supply Of Net Active Electrical Energy On The Free Market At Freely Agreed Prices, The Selection Of A Coordinator Of A Standard Balancing Group, Full Administration Of The Information Flow With Eso Ead And The Relevant Network Operators And The Assumption Of The Costs Of Imbalances For The Objects Of The Municipality Of Bolyarovo.The Total Estimated Amount Of Net Active Electrical Energy For The Needs Of The Objects Of Bolyarovo Municipality For A Period Of 12 (Twelve) Months Is 814.34 Mwh.The Indicated Quantity Is Estimated And Does Not Oblige The Employer To Use It In Full.Detailed Information Is Contained In The Technical Specification Of The Contracting Authority.If Necessary, The Contracting Authority Has The Right To Update The List Of Objects Specified In The Technical Specification By Adding New Or Excluding Existing Objects, As Well As To Increase Or Decrease The Estimated Quantities Of Electricity Without Incurring Penalties, While Maintaining The Agreed Price Formula And Within The Scope, Term And Maximum Value Of The Contract, Subject To Art. 116 Of The Civil Code.
