B Of Zop With Subject: Ongoing Repair Of Buildings In Bolyarovo Municipality On Two Separate Positionsseparate Position 1: Roof Of The Llfu In The Town Of Bolyarovo, Roof Of The Cdg In The Town Of Bolyarovo, Hut Next To The Village Of Stefan Karadjovo, Bus Stop Building In The Village Of Mamarchevo, Pensioners Club Building In The Village Of Gorska Polyanaseparate Item 2: Ongoing Repair Of A Municipal Building In The Village Of Stefan Karadjovo, The Building Of The National Center For Social Development In The Village Of Mamarchevo And The Roof Of The Chitalishte In The Village Of Stefan Karadjovoin Accordance With Art. 48, Para. 1 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Necessary Characteristics Of The Subject Of The Public Procurement For The Specific Positions Are Detailed In The Technical Specifications And The Described Appendices To Them, Contained In This Public Procurement Documentation. All Work Performed In This Order Must Be In Strict Accordance With The Technical Specifications And Conditions Of The Order And Contract. The Contractor Will Carry Out The Activities Assigned To Him In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Law On Territorial Planning (Zut), The Other Applicable Current Legislation And By-Laws. The Contracting Authority Does Not Require A Visit/Inspection Of The Objects On Site.
