The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Road No. 115682 D, Plot No. 382/5, District 0003 Karpacz - Tadeusza Kościuszki Street In Karpacz, Damaged As A Result Of Flooding In September 2024. 2. The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of Removing The Effects Of Natural Disasters, For Which The Karpacz Commune Received Funding From The Ministry Of Finance.3.The Order Includes, Depending On The Needs, In Particular: 1) Development Of Technical Documentation: A) Linear Drainage, B) Roadside Reinforcement With Meba Openwork Slabs; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Consents Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Valid Building Permit Or Effective Notification Of Works, B) Arrangements And Opinions Regarding The Development Of The Area (If Required); 3) Performance Of Construction Works (In Accordance With The Bill Of Quantities), Including In Particular: A) Partial Renovation Bituminous Surface With Milling - Approx. 300 M2, By: − Making A Wearing Course Of The Surface Of Ac 11 S Asphalt Concrete In Accordance With The Pn-En 13108 Standard, Intended For Traffic Category Kr3, Produced In A Stationary Bituminous Mass Production Plant Along With Performing Accompanying Activities, − The Minimum Thickness Of The Laid Asphalt Concrete Surface Should Be 4 Cm, − The Use Of Materials With Lower Parameters Is Not Allowed Technical Or Substitutes; B) Construction Of Linear Drainage From Prefabricated Elements Of The Koryto Krakowskie Type - Approx. 170 M2, In The Scope Of: − Construction Of A Channel For Laying The Drainage, − Installation Of Drainage On A Concrete Footing (15 Cm Thick); C) Construction Of Roadside Reinforcement With Openwork Slabs Of The Meba Type - Approx. 60 M2, In The Scope Of: − Construction Of A Channel For Laying The Slabs (Thickness: 23 Cm), − Execution Concrete Ballast Class B 20 (15 Cm Thick), − Installation Of Slabs; 4) Technical Documentation Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party: A) In Paper Version: 2 Copies, B) In Electronic Version.
