1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Construction Of The Second Section Of The Sanitary Sewage System For The Buildings At Ul. Niedziałkowskiego 4-6. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) The Subject Of The Order Includes The Execution Of Construction Works Based On The Design Documentation Provided To The Contractor, The Bill Of Quantities, The Offer Cost Estimate Prepared By The Contractor, The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb) And The Relevant Legal Provisions. 2) As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform Sewage Works On The Section From Point 2 To Point 3 And Point. 4 Along With Connections To The Buildings At Niedziałkowskiego 4 And 6 (Indicated On The Map In The Project). The Order Includes The Liquidation Of The Existing Septic Tanks At These Buildings. 3) The Contractor Undertakes To Perform All Construction Works Described In The Above-Mentioned Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Bill Of Quantities, Including Construction Works Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract. 2.
