Pursuant To The Provisions Of Art. 131 Section 2 Points 1 Of The Public Procurement Act Requires The Contractor To Conduct A Local Inspection Of The Area Covered By The Order Before Submitting The Offer.3.The Ordering Party Informs That An On-Site Visit Is Obligatory And Failure To Participate In This Activity Will Result In Rejection Of The Offer Pursuant To Art. 226 Section 1 Point 18. The Site Inspection Will Be Possible From Monday To Friday Between 8:00 A.M. And 2:00 P.M. - After Prior Arrangement Of The Exact Date With Maj.
