1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction And Finishing Works In The Building At Ul. Konwiktorska 3/5 In Warsaw, Hereinafter Referred To As The Works Or The Subject Of The Order. 2. The Subject Of The Order Will Include Construction And Finishing Works Consisting In Adapting A Sanitary Room For Use As A Social Facility And Performing Plastering And Painting Repairs In The Corridors On The Ground And First Floors Of The Building At Ul. Konwiktorska 3/5 In Warsaw.3.The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Bill Of Quantities; 2) Floor Plans, Which Constitute Appendix No. 12 To The Swz; 3) Specification Of The Terms And Conditions Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As: Swz) And Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Hereinafter Referred To As: Opz), Which Constitutes Annex No. 1 To The Swz.4.The Contractor Is Obliged To Carefully Read The Bill Of Quantities Before Submitting The Offer. 5. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Correct Calculation Of The Offer Price Based On The Bill Of Quantities, Within The Scope Of The Order.6.Preparation And Submission Of As-Built Documentation To The Ordering Party, In A Paper Version In One Copy.7.The Contractors Responsibilities Include: 1) Painting Works In The Corridors On The Ground Floor And First Floor Along With Two Staircases From The Ground Floor And First Floor Of The Building, Respectively: - Preparation Of The Surface By Performing The Necessary Plaster Repairs, I.E. Cracks, Scratches, Loose Plaster, Removal Of Streaks, - Dismantling And Installation Of Ceiling And Wall Light Fixtures As Well As Sockets And Electrical Switches, - Priming The Surface Before Painting, - Painting Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, - Protection Of Windows And Doors, - Protection Of Floors. 2) Adaptation Of The Sanitary Room For Social Needs Located On The First Floor In The Right Wing Of The Building, Respectively: - Removal Of Two Washbasins, - Removal Of The Existing Geberit Gk Type Washbasins With Tile Cladding Together With Geberit Frames, - Adaptation Of Existing Hot/Cold Water Intakes And Sewage System With Connection To New Devices, - Execution Of Wall And Floor Cladding Made Of Stoneware In Place Of The Buildings Being Removed, - Installation Of Furniture In The Form Of Two Lockable Free-Standing Wardrobes With A Worktop, - Installation Of A Ceramic Countertop Washbasin And A Steel Two-Bowl Sink, - Installation Of A Washbasin And Sink Faucet, - Dismantling And Installation Of Light Fixtures Ceilings And Walls, As Well As Sockets And Electrical Switches - Reconstruction Of The Electrical Installation, - Priming Of Surfaces Before Painting, - Painting Of Wall And Ceiling Surfaces, - Protection Of Door Joinery, - Protection Of Floors.
