1. Name Of The Public Order: Development Of The Area At Ul. Leyka And Ul. Teacherska (Plot No. 340/1).2. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Performance Of Construction Works Related To The Development Of The Area At Ul. Leyka And Ul. Teacherska In Szczytno, In Accordance With The Scope Specified In The Attached Replacement Land Development Project, Including In Particular: 1) Demolition Of The Existing Wooden Stage, Along With The Removal And Disposal Of Demolition Materials; 2) Construction Of A New Stage Along With Preparation And Hardening Of The Area, Edges, Substructure, Paving Stone Surface And Stage Roof With Dimensions Of Approx. 7 M × 5 M; 3) Delivery And Installation Of A Climbing Wall (Climbing Rock) Along With The Necessary Earthworks And Foundation Works; 4) Construction Of A Safe Surface Of Washed Sand Along With Preparation Of The Base, Geotextile And Edges, And Restoration Of Green Areas; 5) Delivery And Installation Of Small Architecture Elements, Including Park Benches And Waste Bins; 6) Planting Of Greenery, Including Planting Trees; 7) Tidying Up And Developing The Area After The Works Are Completed, Including Laying Lawns And Restoring The Adjacent Area. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Specified In The Design Documentation, Bill Of Quantities And Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of The Works, Which Constitute Annexes To The Swz.
