The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of Road No. 115681 D, Plot No. 509, District 0003 Karpacz - Bolesława Prusa Street In Karpacz, Damaged As A Result Of The Flood In September 20242.The Task Is Carried Out As Part Of Removing The Effects Of Natural Disasters, For Which The Karpacz Commune Received Funding From The European Union Support Fund.1.The Order Includes, Depending On The Needs, In Particular: 1) Development Of Technical Documentation: A) Widening The Road In Order To Drain Rainwater Into The Existing Linear Drainage, B) Strengthening The Roadside With Meba Openwork Slabs; 2) Obtaining All Necessary Consents Required By Law For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order: A) Valid Building Permit Or Making An Effective Notification Of The Works, B) Arrangements And Opinions Regarding The Development Of The Area (If Required); 3) Execution Of Construction Works (In Accordance With Bill Of Quantities) Including In Particular: A) Widening The Road To Drain Rainwater Into The Existing Linear Drainage - Approx. 405 M2, By: − Construction Of A Road Bed, − Laying A Stabilization Layer Of 2.5 – 5.0 Mpa (15 Cm Thick), − Laying A Layer Of Ac 22P Bitumen Base (15 Cm Thick), − Sprinkling The Interlayer With Emulsion Asphalt, − Laying The Wearing Course Of The Ac 11 S Asphalt Concrete Pavement In Accordance With The Pn-En 13108 Standard, Intended For Traffic Category Kr3, Produced In A Stationary Bituminous Mass Production Plant, Together With The Execution Of Accompanying Activities, − The Minimum Thickness Of The Laid Asphalt Concrete Pavement Should Be 4 Cm, − The Use Of Materials With Lower Technical Parameters Or Substitutes Is Not Allowed; B) Strengthening The Roadside With Meba Openwork Slabs - Approx. 75 M2, Including: − Making A Trough For Laying The Slabs (23 Cm Thick), − Making A Class B 20 Concrete Ballast (15 Cm Thick), − Installation Of The Slabs; C) Lining The Washed Roadside With Split Gray Granite Cubes, 10-12 Cm - Approx. 50 M2, Including: − Making A Trough For Laying The Paving Stones (22 Cm Thick), − Making A Class B 20 Concrete Ballast (Thickness: 10 Cm), − Laying The Paving Stones. 4) Technical Documentation Should Be Delivered To The Ordering Party: A) In Paper Version: 2 Copies, B) In Electronic Version.
