The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works By The Contractor For An Investment Project Involving The Construction Of A Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Bytom.2.A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Design Documentation Constituting An Annex To This Specification. This Order Does Not Include Equipment, Except For Weight.3.Detailed Terms And Conditions Of The Contract Are Included In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 5 To Swz.4.By Submitting The Offer, The Contractor Grants The Ordering Party A 60-Month Warranty And Guarantee For The Completed Construction Works And For The Construction Materials, Installations And Devices Used, Counted From The Date Of Final Acceptance Of The Works, Under The Conditions Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Agreement. (The Contractor May Offer A Longer Warranty And Warranty Period For The Design Work Performed And Other Documents Developed As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, For The Performed Construction Works And The Construction Materials, Installations And Devices Used, Which Will Be Assessed Under The Offer Evaluation Criteria (See Part Xviii Swz)).5.The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Execution Of Construction Works, 2) Preparation Of As-Built Documentation. 3) Preparation Of As-Built Geodetic Inventory With Inclusion On The Resource Maps Of The Bytom Commune - If Applicable. 6.Main Item According To The Common Dictionary Of Public Procurement: 45000000-7 Construction Works 7. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers. The Subject Matter Of The Contract Is Uniform. Its Division Would Involve The Need To Coordinate The Activities Of Various Contractors Implementing Individual Parts Of The Contract, Which Could Consequently Result In A Threat To Obtaining The Final Result Of The Required Quality And The Division Of Liability For Guarantees And Warranties Among Different Contractors. The Terms Of The Order Were Set At A Minimum Level. The Order Is Therefore Fully Accessible To Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises.8.The Contractor Is Obliged To Employ, On The Basis Of An Employment Contract, All Persons Performing Construction Works, Such As: Earthworks, General Construction Works, Installation Works, Assembly Works And Other Works Listed In The Bill Of Quantities For Which No Qualifications Are Required. Above The Obligation Does Not Apply To Entrepreneurs Personally Performing Any Of The Above. Works, As Well As Incumbent Members Of The Contractors Management Or Supervisory Bodies, Partners Of A General Partnership Or Partnership To The Extent To Which They Will Personally Perform The Service For The Ordering Party Or The Contractor.
