The Subject Of The Order Is: 1. Adaptation Of The Existing Vertical Markings To The Current Design Of Permanent Traffic Organization Along The Provincial Road No. 593 From Km 46+361 To Km 77+948.2. The Contractor Will Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Construction Practice, Applicable Regulations, The Permanent Traffic Organization Design (Appendix No. 7 To The Swz) And The Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Appendix No. 6 To The Swz) - Constituting Annexes To The Swz. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Is Included In The Bid Cost Estimate - Constituting An Integral Part Of The Swz. 4. During The Period Of Execution Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Have At Its Disposal Persons And Technical Potential (Tools, Plant Equipment And Technical Devices) In The Range And Quantities Necessary For The Correct And Timely Execution Of The Order. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Full Scope Of Works That Are Necessary From The Point Of View Of Legal Provisions, Technical Knowledge And Construction Practice To Achieve The Final Effect Specified In The Subject Of The Order.6. The Contractor Is Obliged To Remove And Dispose Of All Demolition Materials That Cannot Be Reused At His Own Expense And At His Own Expense. The Contractor Will Dispose Of The Waste And Present Waste Disposal Documents In Accordance With The Waste Act. The Contractor, At His Own Expense And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, Will Deliver The Metal Scrap To A Scrap Yard. The Ordering Party Will Issue A Sales Invoice In Accordance With Applicable Regulations.7. The Contractor Will Transport Demolition Materials Suitable For Re-Use To A Storage Site Indicated By The Ordering Party, Within A Distance Of 40 Km From The Work Site. Detailed Rules For Dealing With Demolition Materials Are Provided In St.8. Before Starting Works In The Road, The Contractor Will Develop A Design For A Temporary Change In Traffic Organization And Obtain The Necessary Opinions And Arrangements.9. The Order Will Be Implemented In Accordance With Polish Law, In Particular The Construction Law Act Of July 7, 1994 (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 524, As Amended); The Act Of April 23, 1964, Civil Code (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 795) And The Act Of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 793, As Amended).
