Scope Of The Order: • Insulation Of External Walls, • Insulation Of Flat Roofs, • Insulation Of Basement And Foundation Walls, • Re-Building Of Chimneys Above The Roof, • Roofing Of Eaves, • Replacement Of Windows With Under-Window Vents And Doors, • Modernization Of The Central Heating Installation. In The Scope Of Replacement Of Parts Of Cast Iron Radiators And Installation Of Missing Thermostatic Valves, • Replacement Of Lighting Fixtures Illuminating The Entrances To The Building, • Construction Of A New Comprehensive Lightning Protection Installation, • Renovation Of External Stairs At The Entrances To Building C Along With Ramps For Disabled People - Supplementing The Cladding, • Renovation And Replacement Of Other External Elements Of The Building: Replacement Of Ladders, Replacement Of The Roof Over The Entrances In Building C, D And A (One Entrance), • Design, Construction And Installation Of An Information Board In The Indicated Place By The Ordering Party, According To The Attached Template. The Contractors Obligations Include: A) Taking Over The Work Area From The Ordering Party; B) Securing And Fencing The Work Area; C) Locating And Preparing The Construction Site Facilities According To Its Needs And At Its Own Cost; D) Providing The Safety And Health Protection Plan In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Construction Law Act; E) Providing A Declaration Of The Construction Manager On Assuming The Duties Of A Construction Manager Together With A Set Of Legally Required Authorizations And Certificates F) Providing The Ordering Party With A Cost Estimate Of The Works; G) Ensuring Supervision Of The Property At Its Own Expense; H) Ensuring The Consumption Of Electricity And Water At Its Own Expense; I) Bearing Full Responsibility For The Use And Safety Of All Activities Carried Out On And Outside The Work Site And Related To The Execution Of The Subject Of Construction, Also In The Case Of Third Parties; J) Ordering The Construction Site After The Completion Of The Works, The Construction Facilities As Well As The Adjacent Areas Occupied Or Used By The Contractor, Including Renovating, At His Own Expense, Buildings, Roads Or Their Fragments, Surfaces Or Installations Destroyed Or Damaged As A Result Of The Works; K) Immediately Informing The Ordering Party (Investor Supervision Inspector) About Technical Problems And Circumstances That May Affect The Quality Of The Works Or The Date Of Completion Of The Works; L) Providing The Ordering Party With All Documents Necessary To Settle The Investment.
