The Subject Of The Order Is The Renovation Of An Internal Road With Adaptation To The Traffic Category - Kr1 - Plot No. 542 In The Area. Golanka Dolna. The Renovated Road Will Be Made Of Asphalt Concrete, 3.5 M Wide, With A 0.75 M Wide Shoulder On Both Sides, Along With The Renovation Of The Exits And The Construction Of A Passing Road, 25 M Long And 5.0 M Wide. Surface Area: ▪ Asphalt Concrete Surface - 2,000 M², ▪ Length Of The Asphalt Concrete Surface - 550 M. All Construction Works Described In The Technical Documentation Entitled Reconstruction Of The Road In Golanka Dolna, Project No. 542, Constituting The Annex. No. 6 To Swz, The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform In Accordance With The Documentation And Principles Of Technical Knowledge, Construction Practice, Applicable Standards And Legal Regulations, Under The Conditions Specified In The Concluded Contract, The Draft Of Which Is Attached As Appendix. No. 1 To Swz. Note: The Implementation Of The Task Is Co-Financed From External Funds Allocated From The Budget Of The Lower Silesian Voivodeship Under The Agricultural Land Protection Fund To Be Used And Settled By November 30, 2026. This Means That In The Event Of Failure To Meet This Deadline And The Prochowice Commune Loses The Co-Financing, The Ordering Party Will Demand From The Contractor To Cover 100% Of The Lost Co-Financing, Which Will Be Included In The Provisions Of The Contract.
