The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of A Brand New Bus Adapted To Transport Disabled People, Including The Transport Of A Person In A Wheelchair. Number Of Seats - 19 Passenger Seats + Driver + Co-Driver, Additional Offers For Standing Seats Are Allowed. The Car Must Meet The Requirements Of Applicable Eu Regulations And Be Approved In Accordance With Article 70B Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1251, As Amended). The Car Must Have The Steering Wheel Factory Located On The Left Side Of The Vehicle And Must Be Adapted To Transport People In Right-Hand Traffic. The Car Must Meet All The Requirements Specified In Applicable Legal Regulations, Including Those Specified In Section Iii Of The Act Of June 20, 1997, Road Traffic Law And The Implementing Provisions Of This Act. In Unregulated Matters, It Applies Current Regulations, Including Implementing Regulations To The Public Procurement Law.
