The Subject Of The Order Is: Legal Services For The Regional Branch Of The Military Property Agency In Zielona Góra.2.The Detailed Scope Of Services Is Provided In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order - Annex No. 1 To Swz.3.Names And Codes Relating To The Subject Of The Contract As Specified In The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): Main Subject: 79100000-5 - Legal Services;4.Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Act, The Ordering Party Informs That The Order Has Not Been Divided Into Parts. Justification: The Ordering Party Informs That This Procedure Is A Separate Part Of The Order Called Legal Services, Within The Entire Military Property Agency. The Subject Of The Order Is Legal Services For The Regional Branch Of The Amw In Zielona Góra. The Ordering Party Considered That Dividing This Order Into Additional Parts Would Pose A Risk Of Organizational Problems That Cannot Be Eliminated, Related To The Responsibility For The Execution Of The Order By Different Contractors And The Duplication Of Indirect Costs, Which Would Increase The Overall Costs. Dividing The Order Into Parts Could Make The Coordination Of The Order More Difficult, Which Could Affect The Organization Of The Ordering Partys Work. Therefore, Not Dividing The Contract Was Dictated By Organizational Reasons And The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract. Failure To Divide The Contract Into Parts Does Not Violate The Content Of Art. 16 Of The Act, I.E. It Does Not Distort The Principles Of Competition By Limiting The Ability Of Smaller Entities, In Particular Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises, To Apply For Contracts And Equal Treatment Of Contractors.6.
