The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase And Delivery Of Laptops, Tablets And Headphones For Educational Units Run By The Bytów Commune. The Equipment That Is The Subject Of The Order Constitutes Ict Products Within The Meaning Of Regulation (Eu) 2019/881 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 17 April 2019 On Enisa (European Union Agency For Cybersecurity) And Cybersecurity Certification In The Field Of Information And Communication Technologies And Repealing Regulation (Eu) No. 526/2013 (Cybersecurity Act). The Ordering Party Requires That The Delivered Equipment Have Certificates And Safety Certificates (If Required) Confirming Compliance With The Standards In Force In The European Union. This Means That They Are Completely Safe And Have The Legally Required Authorizations For Marketing And Use: Tests, Approvals And Certificates, Technical Approvals, Test Certificates Enabling Their Use In Accordance With The Safety And Hygiene Requirements In Public Kindergartens And Schools, Warranty Cards And User Manuals In Polish. The Delivered Items Must Meet The Requirements Of The Horizontal Principles Of Equal Opportunities And Non-Discrimination, Including Accessibility For People With Disabilities And Universal Design (Design For All Users), Which Will Allow These People To Use Of Them On The Principle Of Equality With Other People And Will Be Based, As Far As Possible, On The Following Rules: - Usefulness For People With Different Abilities, - Flexibility In Use. - Simple And Intuitive Use, - Readable Information, - Error Tolerance, - Comfortable Use Without Effort, - Size And Space Appropriate For Access And Use, - Perception Of Equality. Due To The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged At His Own Expense To: Delivery, Assembly, If The Delivery Requires Such Assembly, To The Indicated Addresses (Costs, I.E.: Delivery, Loading, Unloading, Assembly, Unpacking The Equipment And Checking The Functionality Of The Equipment, Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Goods). A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 3 To The Swz. If References To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approvals, Technical Specifications And Systems Are Used In The Documentation Describing The Subject Of The Order, Technical References, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. When Analyzing The Documentation, The Contractor Should Assume That Each Reference Used In The Documentation Is Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent.
