1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works As Part Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of Rooms In The Social Welfare Home In Skrzynno Into A Day Room - Common Room. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Works Related To The Roof In Part Of Building No. 1 (Part Of The Attic, Slopes And Ceilings), Including, Among Others: Insulating The Roof With Mineral Wool, Making Cladding From Plasterboards With A Fire Resistance Class In Accordance With The Design Documentation;2) Demolition And Bricklaying Works;3) Sanitary Works;4) Electrical Works;5) Construction And Finishing Works, In Particular The Construction Of Partition Walls And Casings Of Structural Elements Made Of Plasterboards With A Fire Resistance Class In Accordance With The Design Documentation And Execution Of Floors.2.The Detailed Scope Of Construction Works That Are The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In: 1) Design Documentation; 2) Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb); 3) Bills Of Quantities; 4) Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz); 5) Contractors Offer. The Above Documents Constitute An Integral Part Of The Swz (Except For The Contractors Offers) And Will Be Annexes To The Contract.3.In The Event Of Discrepancies Or Contradictions Between The Documents Indicated In Point 2.2, The Document Located Above In The Order Specified Above Shall Prevail, Subject To Changes And Modifications Specified In The Note In Point. 3 Opz. To The Extent Covered By The Changes Or Modifications Specified In The Note In Point 3 Of The Opz, The Provisions Of The Opz Shall Prevail Over The Relevant Provisions Of The Design Documentation And Bills Of Quantities.4.The Bills Of Quantities Attached To The Swz Are Of An Auxiliary Nature And Do Not Contain The Full Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Include In The Offer Price All Works And Activities Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Order, Resulting From This Swz, Opz, Design Documentation, Stwiorb, Regardless Of Whether They Were Included In The Bill Of Quantities.5.As Of The Date Of Initiation Of The Proceedings, The Decision On The Building Permit Has Not Yet Been Issued. The Ordering Party Conducts Proceedings Aimed At Obtaining It. The Works Will Only Be Able To Start After Obtaining The Required Decision. The Decision Will Be Communicated To The Contractor Before The Commencement Of Works.6.The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Subject Of The Order From Its Own Materials.
