The Ordering Party Presents General Guidelines For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Below: 1) The Order Covers The Delivery, Assembly And Connection Of A Power Generator For The Building Of The Jarocin Sport Municipal Company As Part Of The Budget Task: Achieving Energy Autonomy Of Public Utility Facilities With The Possibility Of Temporary Accommodation Of Persons And Staff Of The Third Party Liability Company And The Armed Forces Of The Republic Of Poland. 2) The Subject Of The Order Is The Design, Delivery, Assembly And Commissioning Of A Stationary Power Generator With A Basic Power Of At Least 630 Kva/500 Kw Along With The Necessary Technical And Construction Infrastructure. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Is Obliged To Develop Design Documentation For All Necessary Industries And Obtain The Necessary Arrangements, Opinions, Conditions And Decisions (Building Permit Or Work Notification) On Behalf Of The Ordering Party. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 10 To The Swz.
