1) The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Multimedia Devices: Projectors, Laser Presenters, Interactive Floor And Interactive Monitor To Educational Institutions As Part Of The Project Entitled General School For Workshop - Support For General Education At Zsb No. 1, Zsm And Xx Secondary School In Poznań Co-Financed By The European Union, Under The European Funds For Greater Poland 2021-2027.2) The Subject Of The Order Was Divided Into Two Parts: Part I - Delivery Of Projectors And Laser Presenters For Xx Secondary School In Poznań; Delivery, Assembly, Configuration And Commissioning Of An Interactive Floor For Zsm In Poznań And Delivery Of An Interactive Monitor For Zsb No. 1 In Poznań.3) A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order For A Given Part Can Be Found In Annex No. 1A - Subject Of The Agreement.4) The Delivered Equipment Must Be Brand New, Unused, Undamaged, Unencumbered By Third Party Rights, And Of High Quality.5) Both Parts Must Be Provided With A Minimum Warranty Period Of 24 Months Delivered Equipment, Listed In The Subject Of The Order, With The Door To Door Option (All Service Costs Will Be Covered By The Contractor), With The Time For Removing The Fault By The Service Specified As A Maximum Of 10 Business Days From The Moment Of Reporting The Fault.
