Tenders Are Invited For Delivery Of Eco-Pea Coal For The 2026/2027 Heating Season To The Primary School In Śliwice

1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Successive, As Needed, Deliveries Of Type 31.2 Eco-Pea Coal In The Amount Of 150 Tons To The Primary School In Śliwice. Deliveries Will Be Made Depending On The Needs Of The Ordering Party, In Quantities Necessary To Heat The Building. The Amount Of Coal Presented Is The Maximum Estimated Amount And May Be Reduced In Relation To The Size Of The Entire Order Due To Current Needs. Any Changes In Quantity May Depend In Particular On The Weather Conditions Prevailing During The Heating Season During The Term Of The Contract. Due To The Limitation Of The Subject Matter Of The Contract By The Ordering Party, The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party. Deliveries Will Be Made After Each Notification By The Ordering Partys Representative By Phone Or To The Contractors E-Mail Address. Deliveries Will Be Made To The Primary School In Śliwice On Working Days From Monday To Thursday From: From 7.00 A.M. To 2.00 P.M. Throughout The Duration Of The Order. If The Delivery Deadline Is Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Holiday Or Non-Working Day, Then The Delivery Should Take Place On The First Day Immediately Following These Days. Deliveries Will Be Made By The Contractors Means Of Transport, In Batches Of Approximately 30 Tons. The Contractor Undertakes To Maintain Continuity Of Supplies To Guarantee Uninterrupted Operation Of The Boiler Room. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Order Tests Of The Delivered Eco-Pea Coal In Terms Of Calorific Value And Quality. If The Delivered Batch Does Not Meet The Requirements Contained In The Offer, The Contractor Is Obliged To Cover The Testing Costs.2.
