4.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services Related To The Function Of Investor Supervision Inspector In Accordance With The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, As Amended), Applicable Standards And Principles Of Construction Art For Supervision Over The Implementation Of Construction Works, Including The Implementation Of The Task Called Execution Of The Project And Expansion Of National Road No. 92 In The Commune Ożarów Mazowiecki” The Entire Investment Task Will Be Carried Out In The Design And Build Formula. 4.2 The Subject Of The Order Is Financed By The European Funds For Mazovia 2021-2027 Program Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund. The Project Is Implemented Under The Co-Financing Agreement Fema.03.02-Ip.01-02Ji/24-00 Of August 8, 2025, - Project Entitled Promoting Sustainable Urban Mobility Through The Development Of A Network Of Bicycle Paths In The Ożarów Mazowiecki Commune - Stage Ii Under Priority Iii European Funds For The Development Of Urban Mobility In Mazovia Measure 3.2 Urban Mobility In Zit, European Funds For Mazovia Program 2021-20274.3 The Order Covers The Performance Of Investor Supervision Functions In All Construction Industries (Specialties) Resulting From The Scope Of The Task Investment. The Functional And Utility Program On The Basis Of Which The Documentation Will Be Prepared Is An Attachment To This Description Of The Subject Of The Order.4.4 Supervision Inspectors, In Addition To The Duties Described In Article 25 Of The Act Of July 7, 1994, Will Be Responsible For: 1) Controlling The Correctness Of The Execution Of Design And Construction Works, In Particular Their Compliance With The Functional And Utility Program, The Concept Agreed With The Ordering Party, Quality, Timeliness And The Use Of Appropriate Technical Solutions And Materials, 2) Raise Objections And Demand From The Contractor To Make Corrections And Additions To The Developed Design Documentation In Order To Adapt It To The Requirements Specified In The Fup, The Concept Agreed With The Ordering Party, Legal Provisions And Standards Applicable To The Subject Of The Order, 3) Raise Objections And Demand From The Contractor To Remove From The Construction Site A Person Or Persons Who, In His Opinion, Do Not Have The Required Qualifications To Perform The Entrusted Tasks, Or Whose Presence Is Considered Undesirable For Other Reasons4.5 The Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Includes In Particular: 1) Performing Supervision Design And Investor In The Following Specialties: A) Road Engineering Without Restrictions, B) Electrical And Power Networks, Installations And Devices Without Restrictions, C) Heating, Ventilation, Gas, Water And Sewage Networks, Installations And Devices Without Restrictions, D) Telecommunications Networks, Installations And Devices Without Restrictions) Bridge Construction Without Restrictions 2) Verification And Assessment Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation
