3.1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase, Delivery And Installation Of Social And Sanitary Facilities On The Foundations/Foundation Slab Previously Prepared By The Ordering Party And To The Connection Points. The Order Is Being Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Project Entitled: Construction Of Containerized Social And Sanitary Facilities In Włodzimierzów Along With The Necessary Social Infrastructure On Plot No. 392/12. 3.2 The Task Is To Be Carried Out On A Plot Of Land With Sports Fields For Football, Basketball, Volleyball And Beach Volleyball, Along With Lighting, Small Architecture And Hardening Of Pedestrian Paths. 3.3 For The Purposes Of This Order, The Ordering Party Has Prepared A Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 1 To The Swz). 3.4 The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party For Approval, Within 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract, A Diagram Of The Arrangement Of The Rooms Together With Their Associated Area.3.5 The Workshop Documentation Should Be Made Available To The Ordering Party Within 10 Days From The Acceptance By The Ordering Party Of The Diagram Of The Arrangement Of Rooms.3.6 At The Stage Of Preparing The Workshop Documentation, The Contractor Is Obliged To Always Agree On Changes In Parameters, Scope, Materials, Design, Technical Or Functional Solutions With The Ordering Party And Supervision Inspector.3.7 The Basis For The Valuation Of The Subject Of The Order Is The Swz And The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Provisions Contained In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract.3.8 The Valuation Of The Offer Should Include All Costs And Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With Applicable Law And Standards.3.9 Required Warranty Period For The Completed Subject Of The Contract - 60 Months.
