The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In The Comprehensive Organization Of 4 Foreign Study Visits To Slovenia, Including In Particular The Development Of The Visit Program, Accommodation, International And Local Transport, Meals, Insurance Of Participants And The Provision Of Translator And Study Visits Coordinator Services. A Maximum Of 28 Participants - Employees Of The Ordering Party - Divided Into 4 Groups Will Take Part In The Study Visits. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Number Of Participants In Individual Groups And Reduce The Total Number Of Participants By A Maximum Of 5 People. The Duration Of One Study Visit Is 5 Calendar Days And Includes 4 Nights. The Study Visit Will Be Carried Out On Working Days, I.E. From Monday To Friday, Excluding Public Holidays In Force In Poland And Slovenia. The Ordering Party Indicates Slovenia As The Place Of Study Visits - And The Recommended Locations Include, In Particular, Cities Such As: 1) Ljubljana - As The Main Administrative, Institutional And Educational Center Of The Country, Enabling The Implementation Of Visits To Institutions Responsible For Shaping Labor Market Policies And Educational Systems, 2) Maribor - As A Center Enabling Learning About Practical Solutions Implementation In The Field Of Professional Activation, Education And Cooperation With Employers,3) Koper - As An Important Economic Center With A Port And Logistics Profile, Enabling Learning About The Specificity Of The Local Labor Market, In Particular In The Context Of Cooperation With The Transport, Logistics And Tourism Sectors, As Well As The Implementation Of Solutions Tailored To The Needs Of The Regional Economy,4) Optional: Celje - As An Example Of A Smaller Center Where Local Initiatives And Professional Activation Programs Are Implemented. The Ordering Party Requires Visits To Institutions With A Profile Corresponding To The Goals Procurement, Of Local, Regional Or National Importance, In Particular Such As: Public Employment Services (E.G. Equivalents Of Labor Offices), Public Administration Institutions Responsible For Labor Market Policy, Vocational And Continuing Education Centers, Entities Implementing Activities In The Area Of Lifelong Learning, Institutions Cooperating With Employers In The Field Of Competence Development. The Contractor May Propose Other Locations And Institutions, Provided That Their Substantive Equivalence And Compliance With The Objectives Of The Visit Are Demonstrated. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure: 1.Coordinator Of Study Visits For Each Of The 4 Groups Of Participants. The Study Visits Coordinator Will Be Responsible For: 1) Ongoing Support For Participants: Assistance In Navigating Around The Destination Of The Visit, Communication With Local Institutions And Solving Current Logistical Problems, 2) Coordination Of Organizational Activities: Assistance In Organizing Everyday Activities, Such As Travel, Accommodation, Meals, Contact With Translators, Org
