The Objective Of This Public Tender Is To Hire The Services Of A Specialized Entity That Provides Logistics Planning, Coordination And Comprehensive Management Of Air And Land Transportation, Accommodation And Food Services Required For The Execution Of A National Tour Of Technical Visits To All The Regional Governments Of The Country, Where Leaders And Professionals From The Team Of The Convergence And Territorial Equity Unit Of The Undersecretariat Of Regional And Administrative Development Will Participate, With The Purpose Of Supporting The Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation And Strengthening Of National Policies For Extreme Zones. And Lagging Areas In Social Matters.The Service Must Adjust To The Program Of Technical Visits That Will Be Prepared By The Professionals Of The Territorial Convergence And Equity Unit For Its Execution In Each Of The Regional Governments Of The Country. Said Program Will Be Developed Between The Months Of September And December 2026, Contemplating The Coordination And Execution Of Technical Visits During The 16 Weeks Initially Planned, Without Prejudice To The Fact That This Schedule May Be Extended Or Modified For Management Reasons, Logistical Contingencies, Service Requirements Or Unforeseen Situations That Affect The Subdere Or The Respective Regional Governments.
