The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design Documentation (Including Authors Supervision At The Stage Of Task Implementation) And The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design And Build Formula As Part Of The Project Entitled: Construction In Zielona Góra At Ul. Wyspiański A New Building For The Needs Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility, Treatment Center For Children And Adolescents In Zabór. The Intention Of The Independent Public Health Care Facility, Treatment Center For Children And Adolescents, (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ordering Party), Is To Build A New Hospital Headquarters Located In Zielona Góra. The New Facility Will Include A Comprehensive Psychiatric Treatment Center For Children And Adolescents, Along With School And Administrative Facilities, A Day Ward And Residential Units. Permanent. The Scope Of Work Should Be Adapted To The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Presented In The Functional And Utility Program. The Program Specifies The Requirements And Expectations Of The Ordering Party In A Manner Consistent With The Above-Mentioned Regulations And Conditions Specified For The Devices To Be Delivered And Installed As Part Of The Implementation Of The Project The Contractor And The Results Of His Work Must Be Consistent With The Applicable Legal System. Preparation Of A Construction Design Together With The Necessary Arrangements In The Form Of: - Land Development Design, - Architectural And Construction Design, - Annexes To The Construction Design, - Technical Design 3. Obtaining A Building Permit Decision - The Responsibility Of The Contractor; 4. Notification Of The Intention To Perform Construction Works That Do Not Require A Building Permit, Such As Networks And Other Works Needed To Complete The Planned Project 5. Preparation Of Detailed Designs To The Extent Necessary For The Implementation Of The Investment;
