The Subject Of The Order Includes The Provision Of A Complex Service Related To The Performance Of Official Translations, Legalization And Administrative Assistance Before The National Center For Information And Documentation (Nacid) Of Educational Documents Issued By Educational Institutions To Foreign Citizens From Countries Outside The European Union And The European Economic Area. Main Activities Included In The Subject Of The Order: Activity 1: Preliminary Audit And Consulting - Review Of The Provided Documents (Diplomas, Applications, Academic References) For The Presence Of The Necessary Certifications (Apostille Or Consular Legalization), Compliance In Writing Personal Data, As Well As Legitimacy Of The Issuing Educational Institution. Notifying The Contracting Authority Of Missing Details, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Nacid For Applicants - Students From Countries Outside The European Union And The European Economic Area, Before Starting The Next Stage Of The Procedure​​​​​​ Activity 2: Official Translation From Chinese, English, As Well As From Other Languages, If Necessary, Of Educational Documents (Diploma For Completed Secondary Education Acquired In A School Of A Foreign Country And Its Annexes; Documents Certifying That The Document For Completed Secondary Education Gives The Right To Study In Higher Schools; Other Educational Documents) Into Bulgarian; Translations Must Be Carried Out By Sworn Translators Entered In The Relevant Registers Of The Ministry Of Foreign Affairs Or By A Translator, Whose Signature Is Certified Before A Notary In Accordance With Art. 21A Of The Regulations On The Legalizations, Certifications And Translations Of Documents And Other Papers (Plzpddc). Activity 3: Legalization And Certification Activity —Organization Of Notarization Of The Translators Signature In The Republic Of Bulgaria And Preparation Of The Documents According To The Requirements Of The National Center For Information And Documentation (Nacid). The Contractor Carries Out The Final Completion Of The Documents According To The Requirements Of Nacid, Including Digitization (High-Resolution Scanning) And Drafting Of The Necessary Applications And Powers Of Attorney For Representation Before Nacid. Activity 4: Administrative Assistance Before Nacid - Preparation Of The Complete Set Of Documents, Filling Out Of Applications, Completion, Submission (Electronically With Kep Or On-Site) And Representation Before The National Center For Information And Documentation (Nacid) Until The Final Pronouncement With A Decision On Recognition Of The Educational Degree - Administrative Assistance In Submitting And Tracking Documents Before Nacid; Assistance In Obtaining A Certificate Of Recognized Secondary Education And A Service Note For Equating Grades; The Activity Is Considered Completed With The Receipt Of The Final Administrative Act From The Competent Authority (Certificate Of Recognition, Official Note Or Decision On Refusal) And Its Physical Handover To The Contracting Authority With A Handover Protocol Within 3 (Three) Working Days From The Date Of Its Issuance.
