The Subject Of The Public Contract Is The Delivery Of Cooling Equipment, Including Installation And Commissioning, As A Replacement For Existing Equipment At The End Of Its Useful Life. As Part Of The Replacement Of The Equipment, The Replacement/Modification Of Existing Accessories (Water Supply And Treatment System, Pressure Vessel, Existing Cooling Water Distribution, Air Inlets And Outlets, Etc.) Is Also Considered, So That The New Cooling Machine Can Be Used In Accordance With The Required Operating Conditions With The Existing Air Conditioning Equipment, And With Construction Modifications Related To The Transport And Installation Of The Equipment To The Place Intended For Its Operation. It Will Also Include The Conclusion Of A Service Contract For Carrying Out Repairs And Regular Revisions Required By Applicable Legislation, At Least For The Duration Of The Warranty Period. Given The Technical Complexity And Expertise Of The Solution, Especially In Combination With A Clearly Defined Space Where The New Equipment Will Be Located, A Turnkey Delivery Is Expected, Including The Processing Of Project Documentation And Related Activities. The Result Of The Procedure Is The Conclusion Of A Work Contract And A Service Contract With One Supplier; Both Contracts Are Mutually Conditional To The Extent Expressly Defined In The Tender Documentation.
