In Accordance With The Definitions Of The Regional Surveillance Act And The General Staff, The Depth Measurement Data For Acquisitions Under This Framework Agreement Belongs To Security Category Tliii. The Implementation Of Assignments Belonging To Security Category Iii Confidential Requires A Company Security Clearance Certificate According To The Security Category Of The Assignment. The Service Provider Is Required To Have A Valid Corporate Security Recovery Certificate, Facility Security Clearance (Fsc), Issued By The National Security Authority Of Their Home Country. In The Case Of A Foreign Operator, Finland Must Also Have A Valid Security Agreement (General Security Agreement) With The Operators Home Country. Materials Belonging To Tliii May Not Be Taken Out Of Finland Without Permission. The Subscriber Signs A Security Agreement With The Service Provider. The Measurement Areas Assigned To The Fleet Are Archipelagos And Open Sea Areas Varying In Depth From 2.5 M To Approx. 200 M. The Value Of The Procurement Varies Annually According To The Available Funds. The Framework Arrangement May Also Include Years When No Orders Are Made Based On The Framework Arrangement.
