Feasibility Study, Advisory Service, Analysis – Appointment Of A Study Agency For The Preparation Of The Municipal Spatial Policy Plan Lummen With Integrated Mobility Component (Incl. Eia Plan). The Assignment Includes The Appointment Of A Design Agency For The Preparation Of The Municipal Spatial Policy Plan Lummen With Integrated Mobility Component And Integrated Eia Plan. The Aim Of The Assignment Is To Create A Future-Oriented, Coherent And Feasible Framework For The Spatial Development Of The Municipality, In Which The Interaction Between Space And Mobility Is Central. The Assignment Includes: • Drawing Up A Strategic Vision For Space And Mobility; • The Development Of Policy Frameworks, Including At Least The Themes Of Housing And Mobility; • Drawing Up An Operational Mobility Programme; • The Preparation Of An Integrated Eia Plan; • Participation And Stakeholder Management; • Process Guidance And Coordination Of The Entire Process. The Assignment Will Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Applicable Decree And Procedural Provisions. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Integral Coordination Of The Study Team And The Process, Including Coordination With Any Subcontractors And All Actors Involved.
