Sludge Treatment Services - Performance Of Services For Transportation And Utilization Of Stabilized Sludge (Waste With Code 19 08 05), Received During The Treatment Of Wastewater From The Sewage Treatment Plant, Operated By Vk Stara Zagora. The Subject Of This Order Will Cover Services For The Reception, Transportation And Utilization Of Waste With Code 19 08 05, Classified According To Ordinance No. 2 Of 23.07.2014 For The Classification Of Waste Generated By The Operation Of Wwtps, Operated By Vik Eood - Stara Zagora, As A Result Of Wastewater Treatment. The Goal Is To Ensure Reception, Transportation And Utilization Of The Cited Waste At A Site That Has The Relevant Permit Documents. Each Participant In The Awarding Procedure Is Obliged To Participate For The Entire Volume Of The Public Procurement. The Estimated Quantity For Acceptance And Utilization For 12 (Twelve) Months Of Waste With Code 19 08 05 (Sludges From Wastewater Treatment From Settlements) Is 9,000 Tons. The Participant Designated As The Contractor Will Accept And Transport Waste With Code 19 08 05 On Working Days, Within The Working Hours Of The Wwtp, After A Request From The Contracting Authority With Specified Specific Parameters Or According To An Agreed Schedule. Each Of The Requests Will Be Delivered Personally To An Authorized Representative Of The Contractor, By Mail - By Return Receipt, By Hand Against A Signature Or By E-Mail. The Handover And Acceptance Of The Waste Will Be Certified By A Handover Protocol Prepared On The Basis Of Weighing Notes Accompanying The Acceptance Of Each Delivery Of Waste, Signed By Representatives Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor.
