Construction Supervision Services - Conclusion Of A Framework Agreement For Exercise Of Construction Supervision For The Construction Of Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure In The Municipality Maritsa, Plovdiv Region. For The Activities Subject To The Contract, The Contractor Should Comply With The Requirements Of Art. 168 Et Seq. Of The Zut: 1. Exercise Of Construction Supervision During Construction Until Acceptance And Commissioning Of The Relevant Construction Within The Mandatory Scope Regulated In The Zut And The By-Laws On Its Implementation; 2. Participation In The Drafting Of All Required Acts And Protocols During Construction; 3. Provision Of Technically Competent Natural Persons From His Team, Appointed To Supervise The Construction Of The Relevant Project Parts, For The Drawing Up Of The Acts And Protocols Regulated By Ordinance No. 3 Of 2003 On The Drawing Up Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; 4. Carrying Out Control Regarding The Completeness And Correct Compilation Of The Acts And Protocols During Construction; 5. Discovery Of The Construction Site And Determination Of The Construction Line And Level For The Construction; 6. Compilation, Completion, Lacing And Numbering Of The Pages Of The Construction Order Book; 7. Exercising Control Regarding The Legal Start Of Construction. Suspension Of Construction When It Is Carried Out Under The Conditions Of Art. 224, Para. 1 And Art. 225, Para. 2 Of The Zut And In Violation Of The Requirements Of Art. 169, Para. 1 And 3 Of Zut; 8. Carrying Out Control Regarding Compliance With The Requirements For Health And Safety Working Conditions In Construction; 9. Exercise Control Regarding The Prevention Of Damage To Third Parties And Properties As A Result Of The Construction; 10. Notification Of The Regional Directorate For National Construction Control In The Event Of A Violation Of The Technical Rules And Regulations, Within 3 Days Of The Violation Being Established; 11. Carrying Out Inspection And Control Of The Construction Products Delivered And Put Into Construction, Which Ensure The Fulfillment Of The Basic Requirements For Construction, Defined In Annex I Of Regulation (Eu) No. 305/2011 Of March 9, 2011 For Determining Harmonized Conditions For The Market Offer Of Construction Products And For Repealing Council Directive 89/106/Eec (Oj, L 88/5 Of April 4 2011), As Follows: - Mechanical Resistance And Resistance Of The Building/Building Structures And The Earths Foundation Under Loads During Construction And Under Operational And Seismic Loads; - Safety In Case Of Fire; - Hygiene, Health And Environment; - Accessibility And Safety During Operation; - Noise Protection; - Energy Saving And Heat Storage - Energy Efficiency; - Sustainable Use Of Natural Resources. 12. Issuing Instructions And Orders Regarding Construction, Entering Them In The Construction Order Book And Exercising Subsequent Control Over Their Implementation; 13. Control Over The Execution Of Orders And Prescriptions Entered In The Construction Order Book By Other Competent Authorities And Persons; 14. Fulfillment Of The Obligations Arising For The Person Exercising Construction Supervision From The Provisions Of Ordinance No. 1 Of April 16, 2007 On The Investigation Of Accidents In Construction; 1
