Doors - Procurement Door Parts. The Construction Includes The Dismantling Of Existing Entrance Areas And Doors To Bicycle Storage. Delivery And Assembly Of New Doors For The Same, Including Required Connection Work, Seals, Fitting, Adjustment And Functional Testing In The Clients Property Portfolio. Lysekilsbostäder Ab Is A Municipal Company That Owns Approx. 1200 Apartments And Approx. 70 Premises As Well As Garages And Parking Spaces. Added To This Are Properties For Homes For The Elderly And Three Preschools Where The Municipality Operates. The Agreement Is Based On A Close Cooperation Between The Contractor And The Orderer And Is Carried Out As A Turnkey Contract According To Abt 06 And These Administrative Regulations. The Intention To Jointly Find Suitable Measures Based On Needs Analysis Produced By The Client And The Contractor.
